Villa Santai and its booking agents will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, loss of life during travelling to and from the Villa and also whilst staying at the Villa.
Villa Santai and its booking agents will not be held liable for financial loss due to travel delays beyond our control. ie bad weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, late arrivals/departures, and cancellation of the ferry or plane.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking.
Deposits are non- refundable.
Final payment
Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Payments may be made via bank transfers.
If booking with in 60 days of arrival the total booking amount is required.
After the deposit payment has been made, Villa Santai’s terms and conditions will be
considered read, understood and accepted.
Cancellation policies
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation before 60 days of arrival date qualify for a 50% refund only on final payment not
deposit already paid.
Cancellation with in 60 days of arrival will qualify for a 20% refund only on final payment not
deposit already paid.
There are no refunds given due to early departure, injury or bad weather.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests staying at Villa Santai.
Travel information
Insure your passport is valid for at least 6 months at date of departure.
Some nationalities require a visa to enter Indonesia, please check with your countries embassy.
