The Bahari fast ferry departs for Rote at 9am and arrives at 11am.
The hotel car will drop you at the ferry terminal in the morning VIP tickets are currently Rp160,000.
Villa Santai will arrange a vehicle to pick you or your group up and transfer you to the villa. The trip takes 45 minutes . Vehicle and driver is Rp400,000 maximum 4 people. This fee will be added onto your total invoice at the end of your stay.
Catch the 8.30am fast ferry to Kupang arrives at 10.30am. Book Garuda Indonesia 1.35pm Kupang to Bali www.garuda-indonesia.com except on Tuesdays and Wednesday as there is only one ferry per day.
On the Tuesdays and Wednesdays the fast ferry departs Rote at 12pm arrives in Kupang at 2pm. So you would book Lion air 4.35pm Kupang to Bali .
We will organise a car to pick you up at the ferry terminal in Kupang to take you to the airport.
The cost of the car is RP 150,000 maximum 4 people.
As Rote Island is a remote location, we don’t receive travellers without travel insurance. Medical facilities are available but limited, and we don’t cover any insurance on your behalf while staying at Villa Santai and all transits to and from Villa Santai. Bring a normal short board and a bigger board for the big days, small medical kit, general course of antibiotics, mosquito repellent, a copy of your passport, short john or spring suit, between the months of June to September the trade winds can be a bit chilly. Beach towel, long pants and long sleeve shirt.
Currently there are no atms or money changers in Nemberala so be sure to change your foreign currency into rupiah prior to arriving. We advise you do so in Bali/Jakarta/kupang.
